We're a small New Zealand team that builds booking and pricing tools for rental operators. Founder Duncan Crawford has worked inside rental operations, including at Jucy, and has spent 12 years building the plumbing behind bookings.

Questions
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need. Some operators want a one-off pricing review, others want us running forecasts and rate recommendations every week. We scope it on a call and quote a fixed monthly fee or a fixed project price, in your currency.
Which booking systems can you connect to?
Rental Car Manager (RCM) and HQ Rental Software through their APIs, and most others through a scheduled report export. If your system can email a report, we can usually work with it.
Do you change our prices for us?
No, not to start with. We recommend rates with the reason for each one, and you decide what goes into your system. Automatic updates come later, only if you want them.
