Do you change our prices for us?
No, not to start with. We recommend rates with the reason for each one, and you decide what goes into your system. Automatic updates come later, only if you want them.
Solutions
A recommended rate per car type and pick-up week, with the reason. Your demand sets the direction, the market caps it, and you approve every change.
Rate management means setting the right rate for each car type and pick-up date, then changing it as demand moves. We give you a recommended rate per car type and pick-up week, with the reason for each one. Your own demand sets the direction. The market caps it. Your floors, ceilings and maximum move keep it sensible. You approve every change.

Your fleet, your markets and what's hurting.
The car types and weeks covered, how often, and a fixed price.
Floor and ceiling per car type, the biggest move you'll accept in one go, and which competitors count.
Weekly or daily, each with its reason, plus a monthly look at what worked.
Three inputs, in this order.
Your demand. Booking pace against last year and against what your fleet needs, from demand forecasting. Ahead of pace means up. Behind means down.
The market. Your rate against the market typical for the same car type and pick-up day. If you're already well over market, a rise needs a better reason.
Your rules. Nothing goes below your floor or above your ceiling, and no move is bigger than your maximum.
Say you price compacts at NZ$150 a day for a week in December. Your rules are a NZ$110 floor, a NZ$240 ceiling and a 10% maximum move.
Pace is 25% ahead of last year, so demand says up.
For the market, take Christchurch. In the Rate Pulse sweep of 7 Nov 2026, the typical compact rate there was NZ$192 a day. You're 22% under that, so there's room.
Demand would justify more than 10%, but your rule caps it. The recommendation is NZ$165, with the reason written out: pace 25% ahead of last year, still 14% under the market typical, held to your 10% maximum move.
You load it or you don't. Next week the same sums run again.
Book a call to scope it. The free Christchurch rates are a good place to see the market side first.

Don't load it, and tell us why. A rule that keeps coming up wrong gets changed. A one-way hire rule or a new market are the kind of thing we add as we go.
