FareHarbor takes the booking and assigns crew to departures. DayRunner plans tomorrow's drivers, vehicles and messages from those bookings.
FareHarbor is a booking system: it takes bookings and payments online, tracks resources and lets you assign crew to departures. DayRunner doesn't take bookings. It reads tomorrow's bookings from FareHarbor, puts a driver and vehicle on every run, checks licence class, seats and NZ work time, and drafts the messages for you to approve. You keep FareHarbor.
FareHarbor is strong on the sale and the capacity behind it. Per FareHarbor's article on guides, equipment and staff, you can track equipment and resource availability and assign guides and crew to specific departures, all next to your reservations.
The pricing model suits small and seasonal operators. FareHarbor's boat tour page says there's no monthly or setup fee. A booking fee is added at checkout and paid by the guest by default. The rate isn't published; they quote it.

This is the usual setup. FareHarbor stays your booking system and your checkout. DayRunner reads tomorrow's bookings and does the planning.
Bookings come into DayRunner by webhook. FareHarbor's support team registers it when you ask, and we set it up with you. If you'd rather not, export tomorrow's bookings as a CSV and drop it in. DayRunner remembers your column mapping for next time. See integrations.
From there, DayRunner plans the day: a driver and vehicle on every run, checked for licence class, P endorsement, seats, availability and work time. Pickups go in your stop order with times, on a run sheet each driver can read on their phone. It drafts each guest's pickup message, supplier reconfirmations and driver briefs. Sending email, SMS and WhatsApp for you is rolling out with pilots. Nothing goes until you approve it.
