• Puts a driver and vehicle on each run, checking licence class, hours and who's free (plan the day)
• Drafts each hirer's message for you to approve (guest messages)
• Shows what needs a decision, with options (decide what matters)
• Shows what breaks and the best fix when a driver calls in sick (driver off sick)

Nothing sends until you approve it.

How it works

1. Pull tomorrow

   Reservations come in from Rental Car Manager. Anything else, drop in a CSV.

2. Plan the runs

   A driver on each delivery, collection and transfer, checked for licence and hours.

3. Show what needs you

   Only the problems, each with options.

4. Approve and send

   Hirer messages and driver briefs. Read them, fix what you like, approve.

We set it up. You don't.
