- Plan the day: drivers, vehicles and pickups from tomorrow's bookings
- Decide before the day: only the problems, each with options
- Guest messages drafted for you to approve
- Supplier reconfirmations drafted and tracked
- Run sheets and driver briefs
- Driver off sick: what breaks and the two best fixes
- NZ work time checks
- Rezdy, FareHarbor, Rental Car Manager and CSV import
Sending email, SMS and WhatsApp for you is rolling out with our pilots.
Next
These are what we plan to build next, roughly in this order. None of them is live yet.
- Conditions strip. Weather and road warnings for tomorrow's routes, on the Day page.
- Late flights. When an inbound flight is late, see which pickups and runs it affects.
- More disruption types. Vehicle off the road, no-shows and overbooked runs, with fixes like Driver off sick.
- Transfers mode. A view built for shuttle and transfer days with lots of short runs.
- Automated WhatsApp. Approved messages sent on WhatsApp from templates, with replies coming back into DayRunner.
