We're on another booking system. Can we still use it?
Yes. Export tomorrow's bookings as a CSV or Excel file and drop it in. Your column mapping is remembered.
Solutions: integrations
Keep your booking system. DayRunner reads tomorrow from it and plans the day after the sale.
Your booking system takes the booking. DayRunner reads tomorrow from it and does the planning after that. Here's what connects today, and what's still rolling out.

| Connection | What it does |
|---|---|
| Rezdy | New, changed and cancelled orders come in by webhook |
| FareHarbor | Bookings come in by webhook |
| Rental Car Manager | New and changed reservations come in by webhook |
| CSV or Excel | Import tomorrow's bookings from any system |
Rezdy needs an API key from your Rezdy account and a webhook pointed at DayRunner. FareHarbor registers the webhook for you when you ask their support team. Rental Car Manager uses an RCM Automation webhook for new and changed reservations.
CSV or Excel works with anything. Export tomorrow's bookings, drop the file in, and DayRunner matches the columns. It shows every row as it reads it before anything is saved, flags rows it can't read, and remembers your mapping for next time. You can bring in your vehicles, drivers and products the same way.
We set these up with you as part of setup.
DayRunner sends email, SMS and WhatsApp for you. That's rolling out with our pilots. Until it's on for your account, DayRunner still drafts every guest message, supplier reconfirmation and driver brief, and you copy and send them yourself. Nothing sends without your approval either way.
If your booking system isn't listed above, use the CSV import. We don't connect to anything else yet, and we'd rather tell you that now than on the call. What's next is on the roadmap.

No. Bookings stay where they are. DayRunner reads them and plans the day.
Show us tomorrow in your booking system. We'll show you the same day in DayRunner.
