Connect FareHarbor
Save your FareHarbor shortname, get your webhook URL and ask FareHarbor to register it. New and changed bookings then arrive on their own.
FareHarbor sends each new or changed booking to DayRunner by webhook. FareHarbor registers the webhook for you, so it's one email to send. Only an owner can see the Connectors page.
Steps
Open Connectors
In DayRunner, click Connectors and find the FareHarbor panel.
Fill in your details
Company shortname is the name in your FareHarbor booking links. In Environment (production or demo), type
production.Save
Click Save. A Webhook URL appears.
Email FareHarbor
Ask support@fareharbor.com to register that URL as your bookings webhook. Copy the whole URL, including the
?token=part.Check the Day page
Once FareHarbor confirms, new and changed bookings arrive on their own.
Bookings that already exist
The webhook only sends bookings made or changed after it's switched on. To pull what's already booked, DayRunner needs FareHarbor Software Partner access: an app key for App key (partner) and a user key for User key (partner). Then click Pull tomorrow's bookings now.
Most pilots don't need this. For the first day, export tomorrow's manifest from FareHarbor as a CSV and import it.
Good to know
- Product names must match your Setup products exactly.
- OTA bookings sometimes come through with no phone or email. DayRunner drafts a note for the hotel instead and flags it. See Guest messages and approvals.
