Day-of operations is the work between the booking and the trip: drivers, vehicles, pickups, guest messages and supplier checks.
Day-of operations is the work between the booking and the trip itself. It covers allocating drivers and vehicles, ordering pickups, messaging guests, reconfirming suppliers and briefing drivers. In most small operators it's done by hand the evening before.
