OTA (online travel agent)
An OTA is an online travel agent, such as Viator or Expedia, that sells your tours for a commission.
An OTA, or online travel agent, sells your tours through its own website or app for a commission. Viator and Expedia are examples. OTA bookings often arrive without the guest's phone or email, so pickups get passed on through the hotel or the OTA's inbox.
