A small passenger service carries paying passengers in a vehicle that seats 12 or fewer, including the driver.
A small passenger service carries paying passengers in a vehicle with 12 or fewer seats, including the driver. Shuttles, taxis and many small tour vans fall into it. Its drivers can do 7 hours before a break, but only if every fare in that time was under 100 km.
