Connect Rezdy
Save your Rezdy API key, register the webhook and pull tomorrow's bookings into DayRunner. Owners only.
Save your Rezdy API key on the Connectors page, then point a Rezdy webhook at the URL DayRunner gives you. New, changed and cancelled bookings then flow in on their own. Only an owner can see the Connectors page.
What you need
- A Rezdy plan with API access. Rezdy includes its API on the Expansion plan.
- Your Rezdy API key. In Rezdy it's under Integrations, then Rezdy API.
Steps
Open Connectors
In DayRunner, click Connectors in the sidebar and find the Rezdy panel.
Set the environment
In Environment (production or staging), type
productionunless we've told you otherwise.Save the key
Paste it into Rezdy API key and click Save. The panel now shows a Webhook URL.
Add the webhook in Rezdy
Point it at that URL for
NEW_ORDER,UPDATED_ORDERandCANCELLED_ORDER.Pull what's already booked
Back in DayRunner, click Pull tomorrow's bookings now.
Check the Day page
Tomorrow's departures should be there, ready for Plan the day.
Good to know
- Product names must match. DayRunner matches bookings to products by name. Name each product in Setup exactly as Rezdy sends it, or the plan flags an unknown product and uses default timings.
- Pull tomorrow's bookings now always pulls tomorrow, whatever date the Day page is showing.
- Once a key is saved, the field shows it as saved. Leave it alone unless you're changing the key.
- Never email us your API key. On a pilot we do this step with you on a call.
If it doesn't work
- The panel shows error and a red message: copy the message into an email to support@dayrunner.co.nz.
- Bookings arrive but the plan says unknown product: see Decide before the day.
Tomorrow, sorted by 5pm.
Show us tomorrow in your booking system. We'll show you the same day in DayRunner.
