Import vehicles, drivers and products (with templates)
Bring your fleet, drivers and tours in from a spreadsheet once. Download a template, map the columns and fix any rows flagged as problems.
Click Import CSV, choose Vehicles, Drivers & guides or Products under Your setup:, and drop in your spreadsheet. Columns are matched for you and the mapping is remembered. Someone with the same name is updated, not duplicated.
Steps
Pick what you're importing
Click Import CSV. Under Your setup: choose Vehicles, Drivers & guides or Products.
Use a template if you like
Click the download template button for our layout. Your own columns work too.
Check the mapping
Choose your file, then check Maps to. Required fields have a
*.Import
The check line shows how many rows are ready and any problems. Click the import button, then Open Setup to check the result.
Rows with problems are listed by spreadsheet row number and skipped. Fix them in the sheet, or change the mapping, and load it again.
Vehicles

Drivers and guides

To add more than one availability day for someone, repeat their name on extra rows.

Common problems
- "No column is mapped to Vehicle name": pick the right column in Maps to.
- A number column has words in it, like "12 seats": use numbers only.
- "Availability times need an availability date": add the date, or clear the times.
