Driver brief
A driver brief is the evening-before message telling each driver their runs, vehicle and start time.
A driver brief is the message each driver gets the evening before: which runs, which vehicle, the first pickup time and anything special about the day. Many operators also post a digest to the staff WhatsApp group.
