Run sheets and driver briefs

Click Run sheet in the sidebar to see each driver's day once it's planned. Drivers and guides who sign in land there. From the same page, owners and coordinators draft the evening-before driver briefs.

The run sheet

Pick the date. Once the day is planned, each run shows:

• time and product,
• driver, vehicle and pax,
• work time, km and any required 30-minute break,
• the pickup run in order, with guest names at each stop,
• Guest list (tap to open), with notes and phone numbers.

No-shows logged on the Day page show crossed out, and pax counts drop.

Nothing there yet? It fills in once the day is planned. Guides see "Your office plans the day; check back later."

Multi-day tours: the day sheet

Pick the tour from the list next to the date. It says Fleet run sheet (day tours) by default. You get the whole itinerary, the day's overview, the group and rooming, and the day's stops grouped by Accommodation, Activities, Meals, Transport and Other. Click Print day sheet for paper.

Driver briefs

The evening-before message to each driver, plus a digest for the staff WhatsApp group. Drafted from the plan. Nothing sends until approved.

1. Plan the day

   Briefs are drafted from the plan.

2. Draft them

   On Run sheet, click Draft driver briefs.

3. Approve

   Read them, then click Approve on each, or Approve all briefs.

4. Send

   Click Copy on each brief and paste it into WhatsApp or a text.

DayRunner sends messages for you, rolling out with pilots. Once that's on for your workspace, approved briefs go with Send approved on the Day page.

Re-planned or changed an allocation? Click Re-draft driver briefs so drivers get the new version.

Logging no-shows

On the Day page, scroll to On the day and click No-show next to the guest. Click Undo if you got it wrong.
