On-call casual
An on-call casual is a driver who isn't rostered but can be called in to cover, for example when a driver is off sick.
An on-call casual is a driver who isn't on the roster but can be rung in to cover a run. They're usually the first call when a driver rings in sick. DayRunner only offers casuals as a fix, never rosters them by default.
