Supplier reconfirmation
A supplier reconfirmation is the day-before check of numbers with a lunch stop, cruise or activity on the run.
A supplier reconfirmation is the message sent the day before to a cafe, cruise, activity or hotel to confirm tomorrow's numbers, times and dietary needs. Each supplier usually has a confirm-by time.
