Your data and privacy
What DayRunner holds, where it's stored, who can see it, how keys are kept, and how to get your data out or deleted.
Your data is stored in Sydney, Australia, and only members of your workspace can see it. DayRunner is a product of Prompt6 Limited, a New Zealand company, and we handle personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
What we hold
- Your workspace: operator details, vehicles, drivers (names, mobiles, licence classes, hours), products, suppliers and rules.
- Your bookings: lead guest name, pax, pickup, phone, email, notes, and the booking system's original row.
- The messages DayRunner drafts, and their status.
Where it's kept
In a Supabase database in Sydney, Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2). It's encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who can see it
- Members of your workspace. Every table is locked to the workspace at the database level.
- Owners control who's in the team and what role they have. Guides can only read the run sheet.
- On a done-for-you setup or when you ask for support, the Prompt6 team works in your workspace to help.
Sending
Nothing goes to a guest, driver or supplier until someone in your team approves it. DayRunner sends email, SMS and WhatsApp for you, rolling out with pilots. Until then you copy and send each message yourself.
Keys
API keys for Rezdy, FareHarbor, RCM and messaging are stored against your workspace. Only owners can read or change them, on the Connectors page. Never email keys to us. We set them up with you on a call.
AI
Plans are made by fixed rules. If the optional AI wording step is on, message text is sent to Anthropic's API to polish the wording. The numbers, times and names come from your data.
Getting your data out, or deleting it
Email support@dayrunner.co.nz from the owner's address. We'll export your data, or delete your workspace and everything in it.
Tomorrow, sorted by 5pm.
Show us tomorrow in your booking system. We'll show you the same day in DayRunner.
