Does DayRunner replace my booking system?
No. Rezdy, FareHarbor or Rental Car Manager still takes the bookings. DayRunner does the part after: vans, drivers, pickups, messages, supplier confirmations and driver briefs for tomorrow.

Questions
Will it send anything without me?
No. Every guest message, supplier confirmation and driver brief waits for your approval. Even Apply in Report a problem doesn't send anything.
Which booking systems work?
Rezdy, FareHarbor and Rental Car Manager connect directly. Anything that exports a CSV or Excel file works through Import CSV.
Does DayRunner send the messages?
DayRunner sends email, SMS and WhatsApp for you, rolling out with pilots. Until it's on for your workspace, it gives you each message to copy and send. You still save the writing.
How long does setup take?
On a pilot we do it for you: send us your fleet list and last week's bookings and tomorrow is planned within 24 hours. Doing it yourself with the templates takes about an hour, by our estimate.
Does it know the NZ driver hours rules?
Yes. It checks the 13-hour day, the 30-minute break after 5.5 hours, 10 hours' rest and the 70-hour period. See Work time rules.
Can my drivers use it?
Yes. Invite them as Guide / driver. They see the run sheet on their phone and can't change anything.
Is it AI?
The plan is made by fixed rules from your data, so it's predictable. An optional AI step can polish message wording. Numbers, times and names always come from your data.
Can I change the plan?
Yes. Change any allocation by hand, edit or hold any message, change a guest's pickup time, and re-plan as often as you like. Your hand changes are kept.
What about multi-day tours and charters?
Paste an itinerary to create a tour with a day sheet. If you hire coaches rather than run your own, switch Operating mode to Charter. See Tours and charter mode.
What does it cost?
From NZ$349 a month plus GST for up to 5 vehicles, NZ$549 for 6 to 12, and NZ$799 for 13 to 20 vehicles or charter. Setup is included. See pricing.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Start free and load tomorrow from a CSV. Founding partners can cancel within the first 30 days at no charge.
